Why Dental X-Rays Matter

More than 60% of your pet’s tooth structure is hidden beneath the gumline.

Even teeth that appear healthy during a visual examination may have hidden infection, bone loss, fractured roots, or advanced periodontal disease.

Full-mouth digital dental X-rays allow us to diagnose these hidden problems and recommend the most appropriate treatment while your pet is already under anesthesia.

Optional Add-On Services

Since your pet will already be resting comfortably under anesthesia, it is the perfect, stress-free time to take care of routine grooming and hygiene needs. You can select any or all of the following individual add-ons to build a personalized spa experience:

  • Ear Cleaning ($25):
A gentle, thorough flush to remove wax buildup and debris, helping to prevent ear infections.

  • Sani-Trim ($25):
A hygienic trimming of the fur around the belly and hindquarters to keep them clean and fresh.

  • Anal Gland Expression ($35):
A routine expression to prevent discomfort, scooting, and potential impactions.

Optional Clinical Care: SANOS Veterinary Dental Sealant

We also offer the option to apply SANOS Dental Sealant for an additional cost of $98.

  • What it is: A professional-grade dental sealant applied to the gumline immediately after cleaning.

  • Why it helps: It acts as a 6-month, breathable barrier that seals out plaque and tartar, extending the benefits of today’s cleaning and keeping their breath fresher longer. Learn more here: Sanos Sealant
